Design & Manufacturing Services

We provide complete product design and manufacturing services with fully in-house production capabilities. From rapid prototyping through to bulk manufacturing, our workshop combines modern fabrication technology with scalable production systems.

Laser Cutting

Our fibre laser cutting system delivers high-precision cutting for steel, stainless steel and aluminium components. This process allows us to produce accurate sheet metal parts quickly and consistently, making it ideal for both prototype development and large production runs.

Laser cutting provides extremely clean edges and tight tolerances, allowing parts to move directly into fabrication or assembly with minimal finishing.

Laser Welding

Laser welding enables high-strength precision joins while minimising heat distortion. This process produces clean, controlled welds and is particularly useful for detailed assemblies and thin materials where traditional welding may cause distortion.

The result is strong, aesthetically clean weld seams that are suitable for both structural components and high-quality visible assemblies.

Press Brake Forming

Our CNC press brake allows accurate bending and folding of sheet metal components. Using programmable tooling and precision control we can produce repeatable folds to tight tolerances.

This capability allows us to manufacture structural frames, enclosures and complex folded parts ready for assembly or finishing.

CNC Machining

Our CNC machining capability allows precision milling of aluminium, steel and engineering plastics. This enables the production of high-accuracy components used in mechanical assemblies and precision equipment.

From single prototype parts through to repeatable production runs, CNC machining ensures consistent dimensional accuracy.

3D Printing Production

Our bank of Bambu Lab printers provides rapid prototyping and scalable production of printed components. This allows us to move quickly from design to physical product while maintaining the flexibility required during development.

The printer farm also enables batch production of printed components when traditional tooling is not required.

From Design to Production

Because our manufacturing processes are located in-house, we are able to move efficiently from design through to production. This reduces lead times, improves quality control and allows us to scale manufacturing as projects grow.

Whether you need prototype parts, small batch production or full manufacturing capability, our facilities allow us to deliver reliable results quickly and consistently.
